Season Pass Policy Overview
This Policy governs digital purchases (Predict Pass / Season Pass) on PlayoffLabs. Payments are processed through authorized payment channels powered by iPaymu (including QRIS, Virtual Accounts, and E-Wallets). While digital entitlements activate immediately, users are protected by a 7-day technical evaluation window and 100% refunds for accidental duplicate billing or system failures.
1. Scope & Digital Entitlements
PlayoffLabs provides digital products (Predict Pass / Season Pass) that unlock ad-free simulation, private room creation, and supporter profile badges for a designated tournament season. Digital features activate automatically upon payment authorization from iPaymu.
2. 7-Day Refund & Technical Guarantee Window
Users may request a full refund within seven (7) days of transaction if they encounter persistent technical issues preventing feature access, system failure, or if payment was deducted without entitlement delivery. Requests submitted after 7 days or following full seasonal usage are not eligible.
3. Unintended Duplicate Billing Protection
If your account is billed multiple times for the same transaction due to network latency or payment gateway timeouts, PlayoffLabs will issue a 100% refund for the duplicate transaction(s) immediately upon verification of proof of payment.
4. Refund Method & Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are transferred back through the original payment channel (iPaymu, QRIS, Virtual Account, or Bank Transfer). Settlement and bank clearing typically take three (3) to seven (7) business days depending on your financial institution.
5. Step-by-Step Refund Application Process
To request a refund, email playofflabs@gmail.com with: (a) Registered Username & Email, (b) iPaymu Transaction Reference / Order ID, (c) Date and Proof of Payment (receipt/screenshot), and (d) A brief description of the billing claim.
